Our promise to you, if we don’t remove any negative items from your credit report within the first 180 days, we will refund you everything you’ve paid in full.

1. The 180-day period begins, and is effective from the date of enrollment and includes all calendar days from that date until the end of the 180-day period. 
2. If we do not remove any negative, untimely or erroneous information from your credit report within the 180-day period. 
3. Credit monitoring services must be maintained at all times while we are providing our services.
4. You must be an active client, participating and receiving our services for 180 days.  Cancellation or having any missed payments during the initial 180-day period will nullify/void this guarantee. 
5. You have not worked with or used a Credit Consulting/Repair Agency nor attempted to "DIY" repair your credit at least two (2) years prior to enrolling and signing up for our services.
6. You have not had any new collections or newly missed payments during the period in which we are providing our service to you.
7. You agree to abstain from seeking and/or applying for any new tradelines unless it is mutually agreed in writing that your credit repair services have moved to the credit building phase.
8. You agree to remit all payments due and owed as outlined within your Credit Service Agreement.
9. You agree to provide any/all updates, responses, and reports from your creditors and/or from the three (3) credit bureaus within seven (7) days of receipt.
10. You should receive updated credit reports every 30-45 days, and agree to make every attempt to keep us aware if updated reports have not been received.
11. No one in our business can predict, nor guarantee a specific outcome; however, we can promise to do everything possible to maximize the probability of outstanding results for our clients.
12. Refunds shall not exceed the amount paid to us during the first 180 days for credit repair services provided to clients, all billing/payments are provided in arrears.

 You may cancel services at any time.  Please notify us in writing no later than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled billing date.
